Office Max, Famous Footwear and ALF Insurance Sign Long Term Lease Renewals
GRAND RAPIDS – June 21, 2011 – CB Richard Ellis/Grand Rapids (CBRE) is pleased to announce that it has negotiated three long-term lease renewals for a combined 33,728 square feet at Rogers Plaza Town Center. The 365,572-square-foot, partially enclosed retail center is located just outside of Grand Rapids in Wyoming, Michigan.
OfficeMax, a leader in both business-to-business office products solutions and retail office products, has renewed its lease for 23,968 square feet at Rogers Plaza. OfficeMax has more than 900 stores nationwide.
Famous Footwear has renewed its commitment to 9,000 square feet within Rogers Plaza. Selling men’s, women’s and children’s footwear in over 950 stores nationwide, Famous Footwear is the leading consumer-driven footwear company in the country.
ALF Insurance, an auto insurance provider serving West Michigan, has also renewed its 760 square feet lease.
