What is the WorkShop?

Ever imagined a work environment that not only enhances productivity and reduces occupancy costs, but also lowers commuter time and provides flexibility, whilst supporting the vibrancy of our challenged high streets?

We did. And in doing so conceived a new breed of secure, interactive, and convenient workspaces, situated in suburban retail centres, available on a scale that will empower multi-national organisations, retailers and investors alike.

The WorkShop will:

  • Reduce occupational costs
  • Facilitate a more fulfilled and productive workforce
  • Create new format for alternative real estate investment
  • Provide an alternative use for empty retail space
  • Support the regeneration of local communities, and
  • Drive national and international sustainability agendas and CSR policies
