PROJECT NEWS CBRE CONSULTS ON BROADSTONE BURNSIDE
Broadstone Burnside, involves the construction of a six-story plus basement apartment building in Portland, Oregon. The project will consist of 197 apartment units that will range from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. The "U" shaped building will occupy the entire block between NE 14th Avenue and NE 15th Avenue, and between East Burnside Street and NE Couch Street.
Broadstone Burnside’s amenities include a bike storage, a library, a fitness center, a clubroom, and an interior courtyard with a fire pit and barbeques.
The project is being developed by Alliance Residential with Encore Architects, PLLC as the Architects of Record and Alliance Pacific Northwest Builders, LLC as the general contractor. Construction began mid-2017 and is expected to be completed in early 2019.
CBRE was retained to provide construction risk management services for the construction, including cost control, review of contract drawings and specifications, as well as review of construction documents, schedules, permits, and approvals. While under construction, CBRE is providing payment requisition review and approval services, schedule conformance review, and confirming general compliance of construction with the project documents.
