GSL Welcome Group was represented by Jim  Gibson of Stan Johnson Company. The single tenant property, occupied by Gila Corporation, sits on ±7.7 acres in northeast Austin inside Tuscany Technology Center, a 600,000-square-foot multi-building office and industrial park.
