CBRE|Martin Expands Industrial and Retail Specialty Teams
EAST LANSING – February 2, 2012 – CBRE|Martin (CBRE) is pleased to announce that Christopher Miller has joined the established industrial team of Blair Moore, Bob Cullum and Julie O’Brien.
As an industrial advisor with CBRE, Chris will focus on cultivating new business and expanding client relationships. In addition, he will serve existing clients through site selection, tenant representation and landlord representation services.
Chris joins CBRE following his role as a Senior Associate with Marcus and Millichap in both Charlotte, NC and Southfield, MI, where he was actively involved in the sale of over $100 million in assets.
In addition, Amy J. Richter-Perkins, a seasoned veteran of the Retail Team, has been promoted to the role of Associate/Retail Advisor. With 13 years of experience in leasing, sales, property management and marketing, Amy is currently responsible for leasing and marketing over one million square feet of retail space in the greater Lansing area.
CBRE also welcomes Cassandra Massey to the company in the role of Marketing Assistant. Cassie will provide administrative and marketing support to the Retail and Corporate Services teams.
