CBRE National Senior Housing Investment Properties team, based in Austin, Texas, completed the sale of The Village at River Oaks, a trophy senior housing community located in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston, TX, on behalf of Harrison Street and Bridgewood Property Company (“Bridgewood”) to a fund affiliate of Blue Moon Capital Partners. The community is a steel and concrete-built midrise offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units and services. The sellers were represented by CBRE’s National Senior Housing team members John Sweeny, Aron Will, Garrett Sacco and Scott Bray.

CBRE National Senior Housing’s Debt & Structured Finance team, based in Houston, Texas, consisting of Aron Will, Tim Root, and Michael Cregan arranged the acquisition financing on behalf of a joint venture between Blue Moon Capital Partners (“Blue Moon”) and Bridgewood Property Company (collectively, the “Buyer”). CBRE secured a 7-year, non-recourse, floating rate loan from a regional bank with 48 months of interest only. The Community will continue to be operated by Bridgewood’s wholly owned management company, The Aspenwood Company (“Aspenwood”).
