CBRE National Senior Housing Investment Properties team, based in Austin, Texas, completed the
sale of HarborChase of Prince William Commons (the "Community"), a Class “A” senior housing community located in Woodbridge, Virginia, a suburb of Washington D.C., on behalf of
Silverstone Senior Living (“Silverstone”) and
Lionstone Investments (“Lionstone”). The seller was represented by
CBRE’s National Senior Housing team members
John Sweeny,
Aron Will,
Garrett Sacco, and
Scott Bray.
CBRE National Senior Housing’s Debt & Structured Finance team, based in Houston, Texas, consisting of
Aron Will,
Tim Root,
and
Michael Cregan arranged
acquisition financing on behalf of
Artemis Real Estate Partners (the “Buyer” or
“Artemis”).
CBRE secured a
5-year, $31.25MM fixed rate loan from a
regional bank with
24 months of interest only. The community will be operated by The
Arbor Company.
Built in 2018,
HarborChase of Prince William Commons is located in Woodbridge, Virginia approximately 20 miles south of downtown Washington D.C. The community is a three-story, steel and concrete building with 127 units currently comprised of assisted living, transitional memory care and memory care units.
