CBRE’s National Retail Partners - Southeast is pleased to have arranged the sale of Emory Village, a 31,191 square foot collection of street front retail buildings located at the epicenter of Emory University in Decatur, Georgia. The 100% leased property is anchored by a chain-leading, freestanding CVS that is complimented by a host of category-leading retailers including CAVA, Chipotle, Chase Bank and Sweetgreen.

CBRE provided exclusive representation to the seller, Emory Village LLC, in this transaction.
