CBRE ARRANGES THREE LEASES AT MAITLAND PROMENADE ONE IN MAITLAND, FLORIDA

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – August 15, 2011 – CBRE (NYSE:CBG) recently arranged three leases totaling 27,915 square feet on behalf of Baltimore-based Maitland Office Company, LLC at Maitland Promenade One, located at 485 N. Keller Road in Maitland, Florida.
Amacore Group, a full service provider of benefits, services and programs to the direct marketing industry, extended its lease and expanded by 3,061 square feet, bringing its total to 7,981 square feet. Amacore Group was represented by Sandy Norberg of Kanela Enterprises.
Infor Global Solutions, which provides business software and services to improve operations and drive growth for 70,000 customers in 164 countries, renewed its 8,191-square-foot lease. Representing the tenant was Brannan Moss of Jones Lang LaSalle in Atlanta.
tw telecom Inc., a provider of managed voice and data networking solutions to a wide array of businesses and organizations, renewed its lease for 11, 743 square feet. Nick Poole of CNL Commercial represented the tenant.

The building is a Class A suburban office building with amenities that include covered parking, 24-hour security, and a deli,” said Michael Phipps, Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Orlando office who represented Maitland Office Company in the transactions.
Constructed in 1999, the five-story building is 93 percent leased.
