CBRE National Senior Housing arranged a refinancing for The Pointe at Meridian (the “Community”) on behalf of Gold Stream Retirement Communities LLC (“Gold Stream”). Aron Will, Vice Chairman of CBRE National Senior Housing, and Tim Root, Senior Vice President of CBRE National Senior Housing, arranged the financing. The Community is operated by Grace Management (“Grace”) and will continue to be the operator after closing.
CBRE National Senior Housing originated a three-year, floating-rate loan with full-term interest only through a debt fund.
Located in in Meridian, Idaho, a suburb just west of downtown Boise, the Community was built in 2022 and consists of 60 Independent Living units, including 14 townhome units, 30 Assisted Living units, and 10 Memory Care units. Amenities feature a modern fitness center, on-site therapy, a creative arts studio, transportation, restaurant-style dining, a beauty salon/barber shop, a spa, a theater, and housekeeping services.
Gold Stream is a Utah-based real estate firm that specializes in the development, construction, and management of commercial real estate, including single-family and multifamily properties, and senior housing communities.
Grace was founded in 1984 to develop, manage, and market residential communities for seniors. Grace has been responsible for the management of over 100 Senior and Active Adult communities throughout its history. Grace currently manages 77 communities totaling 9,796 units across 23 states.
