Shaun Moothart, Jeff Halsey, Brady O’Donnell, Anna Britt, Jill Haug and Alex Scott recently arranged the acquisition financing of The Orchards, a King Soopers (Kroger)-Anchored Shopping Center located in Greenwood Village, CO on behalf of Sterling Organization.

The sale of the property was handled by Brad Lyons with CBRE’s National Retail Partners group.
