Tim Schaefer rejoins CBRE Healthcare as Principal Consultant. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Tim has worked on both the owner and consultant side of project management. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Tim served as Director of Facility Construction and Planning at The Carle Foundation Hospital. In his role at CBRE Healthcare, Tim provides project advisory solutions on multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University. Tim is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Penny Busch joins CBRE Healthcare as Principal Consultant. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and commercial industry, Penny brings a wealth of knowledge related to project scheduling, budgeting and procurement. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Penny served as a Senior Program Manager at Parkland Health & Hospital System. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. Penny is located in Dallas, Texas and is supporting the CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center team.

Alex Araujo joins CBRE Healthcare with over 17 years of experience. In his role as Senior Consultant, Alex is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery for Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Alex served as Project Manager at Texas A&M University System. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston. Alex is located in San Antonio, Texas.

James Phillips joins CBRE Healthcare as Senior Consultant with over 14 years of experience in facility activation and transition as both an owner and consultant. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, James worked for Parsons, AOS and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. As Senior Consultant, James will play a major role in the CBRE Healthcare Facility Activation service line. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Barry University.

Andrew Gilbert joins CBRE Healthcare as Associate Consultant supporting the CBRE Healthcare team at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Andrew has experience in project management, supporting clients and effectively bridging gaps that can often develop during a project. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami University. Andrew is located in Dallas, Texas.

Jennifer Bohannon joins CBRE Healthcare as Associate Consultant in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to joining the Healthcare team, Jennifer worked with CBRE Asset Services. In her new role with CBRE Healthcare, Jennifer will be an on-site project manager for the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio on the CHRISTUS account. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
