THE SHOPS AT BOCA CENTER REACHES 100% OCCUPANCY WITH THE ADDITION OF SEACOAST NATIONAL BANK
Boca Raton, FL – May 20, 2013 – The Shops at Boca Center, 5100 Town Center Circle, a 375,000 SF Class A mixed-use shopping center, has reached 100% occupancy with the addition of Seacoast National Bank. Seacoast National Bank, a full-service financial institution, is the most recent tenant to sign a lease in The Shops at Boca Center and is slated to open in June 2013.
Other notable tenants at the property include: Rocco’s Tacos’, Morton’s, Total Wine, Joseph’s Classic Market and Brio Tuscan Grille. The Shops at Boca Center continue to be one of the best retail offerings in the region.
