IMPORTANT UPDATE: SI/VAWS System is Back Online

**PLEASE FORWARD TO ANY TEAM MEMBERS THAT HAVE WORK ORDER, INVOICING OR NTE RESPONSIBLITIES.**


Dear UPS Supplier:

Thank you for your continued patience during the SI/VAWS system outage. The Service Insight/VAWS application is now back online and operational as of Tuesday, 4/25. 

IMPORTANT FIRST STEP **PASSWORD RESET**
To begin using the SI/VAWS system again, you will first need to reset your password. The instructions are included below. Note that it can take up to two days for the password reset to take effect. 

Please click the link below to access ServiceInsight VAWS for the UPS Account https://www.mainstreamsasp.com/PRD00177VWS/Logon.aspx then follow the password reset process:
  1. Please click on the “Forgot password” link.
  2. If you HAVE previously set up the security questions, please answer the question, and click submit to receive an email with your new temporary password.
  3. If you have NOT previously set up security questions, please contact UPSVendorSupport@cbre.com to provide password assistance.



Please note the updated guidance below for managing your invoices and work orders.

INVOICING
  • Any invoices that you already submitted via email to our Finance team do not need to be uploaded into VAWS.
  • If you have invoices that were not submitted during the outage, you should submit them using the regular process in VAWS. Please do not submit invoices via email. 
    • As a reminder, before you submit an invoice, the Work Order status will need to be updated as complete in VAWS.
  • Payment terms will be adjusted during the time of the SI7 outage.
  • If you have any questions regarding invoices submitted during outage please contact upsfinance@cbre.com. Any other questions related to payment status or VAWS submission should be sent to UPSvendersupport@cbre.com
     
PREVIOUS SI7 WORK ORDERS
  • For any work orders that you had submitted in VAWS prior to the outage, VAWS will still need to be updated with the current status of your existing SI7 work orders.
  • You should also review all work orders in VAWS even if you previously submitted an updater to our Support Team to ensure they have been updated with current status. 
 
TEMPORARY WORK ORDERS
  • All work orders received by our support team through the temporary process during the outage, will be created in SI7 and will reference your temporary work order number.
  • These work orders will need to be reviewed by you as well in case any information such as work order status needs to be updated.
