CBRE EA Industrial Flash Report Available
Q2 2015

Initial data for Q2 2015 show the national availability rate to have dropped 30 basis points, to 9.8%—marking a full recovery to the low of the prior cycle. Deliveries of new space have not kept pace with local demand in many areas. Economic conditions continue to support industrial demand; the need for new space is greater than it has been in nearly a decade.

The CBRE EA Flash Industrial Availability Index for Q2 2015 is now available from the client website.
