Welcome to the Team, Juan!
Meet Juan Rodriguez Acosta
Juan Rodriguez Acosta joined our team this month as a Transaction Manager. In his role, Juan is responsible for preparing and implementing transaction strategies for our multimarket and local occupier clients. Juan was born in Colombia and raised in Ocala, Florida, attending Florida State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. Prior to joining our team, Juan worked as a research analyst for the CBRE Tampa Office. We are excited to welcome Juan to our growing team. 
Outside the 9-5
The team enjoys staying active Outside the 9-5. We gathered at Splitsville for a friendly bowling competition and caught up with our leader, Mike DiBlasi, at Armature Works.

Cody was unstoppable on the lanes, leaving no pin standing. However, Ryan emerged victorious when Alyssa challenged him to a classic game of ping pong, which was so intense that you could cut the tension with a paddle.
