CBRE’s National Retail Partners - Southeast is pleased to have arranged the sale of Fayette Pavilion, the largest and most visited open-air shopping center in the state of Georgia (Per Placer.ai). At 1,063,840 SF and ±106 acres, Fayette Pavilion, is an ultra-rare critical mass of retail that attracts over 8.3M annual visits from its expansive trade area. The asset was developed in four phases from 1995-2003 and is a super-regional, tandem grocery-anchored shopping destination that includes a unique balance of best-in-class tenants. Notable anchors at the center include Publix, Hobby Lobby, Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, PetSmart, Old Navy, pOpshelf, Dollar Tree and Five Below.

CBRE provided exclusive representation to the seller, Nuveen Real Estate, in this transaction. Fayette Pavilion was purchased by 5Rivers CRE.
