We thought we would pass along some interesting reading this month. The following link is from the June 25 edition of Business First. It summarizes the New York Legislature's decision to reduce to half the number of new jobs businesses must create to qualify for the state's Excelsior Jobs tax incentives. This is a huge effort to open the program to smaller businesses and allow them the opporutnity to at least ask the state for help.
