| Business First Names Shana Stegner to 40 Under 40 |
Buffalo Business First has selected Shana Stegner, Director of Office Sales and Leasing, for the 22nd annual class of 40 Under 40.
Stegner has been with CBRE|Buffalo since 2002. Community leaders, officials and developers as well as organizations such as The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) often seek her market expertise.
Stegner played an integral part in the 1,000,000 SF LEED certified HealthNow BlueCross BlueShield headquarters. She represents an array of clients in both Western New York and across the United States.
“Shana has proven herself to be a market expert in commercial real estate. It’s no surprise she brings that same level of dedication and passion to serving her community,” CBRE|Buffalo Managing Partner V. Jeffrey LiPuma said.
The list, released Thursday morning, features a wide range of professionals from the Buffalo Niagara region and highlights their contributions to their communities.

Nominees will be honored at a Nov. 7 luncheon at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
