Professional Experience
As leader of CBRE’s Americas Agile Real Estate Practice, Christelle Bron and her team advise clients on agile real estate strategies – from coworking and flexible space to optimized portfolios – throughout the Americas. Ms. Bron has more than 20 years of real estate consulting experience and previously led CBRE’s Integrated Transaction Solutions team for the Eastern U.S.
Prior to joining CBRE, joining CBRE, Ms. Bron led NKF’s Real Estate Consulting practice. She also built and led Savills Studley consulting practice and was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s corporate real estate advisory practice. Ms. Bron started her career as a structural engineer, construction project manager at an engineering firm.
Ms. Bron holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Paris La Sorbonne and a degree in structural engineering from l’Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics de Paris.
