Deal Overview
The Kroger Last Mile Industrial Facility is a 79,869 square foot (SF) facility that is situated on 5.43 acres and was designed as a speculative infill facility and secured by Kroger during the construction process to serve as one of their new urban delivery stations.
The rate lock period was a total of 126 days. This period included a rate lock extension of 45 days provided by the lender with no additional spread increase in the midst of a rising rate environment.
The Sponsor is a Southern California based investment company that holds a portfolio of industrial, office, medical-office, and multi-family residential properties across the nation.
