CBRE CONSULTS ON 42 TRINITY PLACE42 Trinity Place will be a 500' tall, 40-story mixed use residential condominium/school building in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York, which includes the incorporation of the historic Robert and Anne Dickey House located at the south end of the site. The first eight floors of the building will house a 476-seat elementary school and prime retail space, while 90 luxury residential units will occupy the floors above. 42 Trinity Place is targeting LEED Silver certification upon completion.
The Project’s amenities include retail space, gym, bicycle storage, terrace with dog run, dog spa, lounge, and shared roof decks.
42 Trinity Place is being developed by Trinity Place Holdings, with FXFowle Architects, LLP as the Architect of Record and Gilbane Residential Construction, LLC as the construction manager. Construction began August 2017 and is expected to be completed November 2020.
CBRE was retained to provide construction risk management services for the construction, including cost control, review of contract drawings and specifications, as well as review of construction documents, schedules, permits, and approvals. While under construction, CBRE is providing payment requisition review and approval services, schedule conformance review, and confirming general compliance of construction with the project documents.
