CBRE’s National Retail Partners - Southeast is pleased to have arranged the sale of Publix at Mt. Zion, a dominant Publix-anchored neighborhood center located at the best retail corner of the Southlake regional shopping corridor (Atlanta MSA). The 79,031 square-foot asset was built in 1993 and is strategically located at the signalized intersection of Mt. Zion Road (21,800 VPD) and Mt. Zion Boulevard (43,500 VPD), just south of Mt Zion Boulevard’s intersection with I-75 (149,000 VPD). The asset includes a seasoned Publix with nearly 30 years of tenure / explosive sales performance and thirteen other shop suites that are leased to a complementary mixture of e-commerce resistant concepts.

CBRE provided exclusive representation to the seller, Harbour Retail Partners, in this transaction. The property was purchased by an affiliate of a joint venture between ShopOne Centers REIT, Pantheon and a leading global institutional investor.
