CBRE SELECTED TO LEASE CORPORATE PARK AT INVERRARY 

Lauderhill, FL – September 28, 2011 – CDM Property Investments (CDM) has appointed CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as exclusive leasing advisor for Corporate Park at Inverrary, a 122,000-square-foot office property. Deborah Fink, a Vice President with CBRE in Boca Raton, is providing representation on behalf of CDM.

“The two-building campus has approximately 100,000 square feet available for lease,” said Fink. “This is a tremendous leasing opportunity as there is strong demand in the market for well-located ‘mid-market’ buildings.”

Fink cites the serene work environment as one of the property’s unique and appealing qualities. She also expects the location to be most appealing to data center or IT-heavy users, medical or government users.

Corporate Park at Inverrary, located at 3800-3810 Inverrary Boulevard, recently came under new management and ownership in August. Built in 1984, renovations are in progress for the property including upgrades to the restrooms. The park is located just west of the Florida Turnpike, north of Oakland Park Boulevard and overlooking the Inverrary Country Club golf course.
