Valbridge Property Advisors/ The Oetzel-Hartman Group, resident Greater Lansing Area commercial appraisers, are relocating from their former location at 321 Woodland Pass, East Lansing, to their new address at 2127 University Park Drive, Okemos. The move comes as a result of downsizing to a more efficient floor plan, accommodating their shift from paper files to electronic files.
