CBRE HIRES DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH FOR STATE OF FLORIDA

Miami, FL – October 1, 2013 – CBRE is pleased to announce that Quinn Eddins has joined CBRE as Director, Research and Analysis, for Florida. Eddins will be based in Miami where he will lead the state’s research team and spearhead initiatives aimed at mining key economic and industry trends which will be of value to CBRE clients and partners. Prior to joining CBRE, Quinn was the Director of Research for Radar Logic Inc., a New York City-based real estate data and analytics company serving the financial services industry.

Eddins is an established professional with experience in finance, real estate, capital markets and business development. Eddins has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University.
