CBRE Cares
Our Company is proud to support our local community through a series of initiatives by our local CBRE Cares group. This year, the team has participated in the American Heart Association's Wear Red Day, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Walk MS: Raleigh 2022, and a volunteer outing at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. Most recently, we held a professional clothing drive to support the local chapters of Fathers Forever and Dress for Success.
Leadership Update
We are pleased to welcome Holly Doerner to the team as the Director of Property Management for the Triangle. With over 20 years of property management and leadership experience, Doerner will oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of CBRE|Raleigh property management, property accounting and building services. Doerner’s hiring is part of a strategic initiative between the CBRE North Carolina offices to grow the Company’s footprint in the Triangle and Triad region and enhance our client support.

We are pleased to join The Fallon Company and Barings in welcoming its newest tenant, Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP (Nelson Mullins), to the recently delivered 301 Hillsborough at Raleigh Crossing in Downtown Raleigh, NC. Tidal Real Estate Partners Purchases Downtown Raleigh Land Site at Historic Price Point
We are pleased to have represented Raleigh Warehouse Dist Holdings, LLC and Center Line Properties, LLC in its sale of 1.343 acres of land in Downtown Raleigh, NC. The land was purchased by Tidal Real Estate Partners for $20,900,000 making it one of the highest price per acre sales sold in downtown Raleigh at $15,562,174 per acre. The site was previously zoned for mixed-use up to 40 stories.
