CBRE arranged construction financing for a leading senior housing owner-operator and a prolific institutional investor on a unique site located in the Washington DC MSA in one of Virginia’s most affluent submarkets with considerable barriers-to-entry.

Aron Will, Vice Chairman of CBRE National Senior Housing, and Adam Mincberg, Vice President of CBRE National Senior Housing, secured a large construction loan through a syndication of two national banks.

The to-be-built, highly amenitized development will consist of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in a full Continuum of Care setting, while providing an array of amenities in a first-class environment.

CBRE was the #1 Fannie Mae Senior Housing Lender in 2019 and 2016. From 2014 through 2023, CBRE originated over $12.0 billion in senior housing debt across 509 assets. CBRE completed over $21.5 billion in combined senior housing investment sales and loan originations from 2014 through 2023.
