Great Lakes Olive Oil Co. is Set to Open
its Second Location at Eastwood Towne Center
EAST LANSING, MICH. – December 29, 2011 – CBRE|Martin (CBRE) is pleased to announce that Great Lakes Olive Oil Co. has signed a lease for a 1,090-square-foot space at Eastwood Towne Center, adjacent to BRAVO! Cucina Italiana.
Expanding on the success of its flagship tasting bar and retail store, this is the second location for Great Lakes Olive Oil Co., a retailer that offers a wide array of gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The retailer’s first location in Frankenmuth, Mich. is approximately 70 miles away from Eastwood Towne Center.
CBRE Retail Team Advisor Shawn H. O’Brien represented the landlord, Inland Western Lansing Eastwood LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inland Western in the transaction.
