Partners Group will invest up to $1.2B to fund the acquisition and buildout of existing and future data center sites.

The first of three planned data centers will deliver 384K SF and up to 72 MW. Prime plans to deliver more than 750K SF and 175 MW of capacity at full buildout across the campus.

Iron Mountain will acquire a 10 acre land parcel and 50+ MVA substation in Phoenix, Arizona to develop a 36MW, 230K square foot data center (AZP3). The land is adjacent to IRM’s existing 89MW campus.

Lumina CloudInfra is planning two data centers in Mumbai and Chennai. The platform intends to expand into other key cities including Pune, Hyderabad, and the National Capital Region.

One of the largest land owners in Loudoun County, JK Moving Services, is seeking approval for a data center and warehouse development on 112 acres.
