CBRE is pleased to announce the sale of the sale of Devonshire Hills, a 656-unit multifamily community in Hauppauge, NY.

CBRE represented the owner, The Bainbridge Companies and sourced the purchaser, Renaissance Management. This marks the second significant purchase by Renaissance Management on Long Island.

The offering presented investors with a significant value-add opportunity. The purchaser is planning to bring substantial new investment to further upgrade the property and provide quality housing to its tenants.

With the sale of Devonshire Hills, Dunne’s CBRE team has completed over $1.12 billion in workforce housing sales over the past 24 months on Long Island including the Home Properties portfolio ($472.5M), La Bonne Vie ($232.5M), Hawthorne Court ($94.25M), Mid-Island Apartments ($58.5M) and The Preserve at Coram ($30.9M).
