CBRE is pleased to announce the sale of 99 & 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany, New Jersey. CBRE Institutional Properties represented the seller and also procured the buyer, Mark Meisner of The Birch Group.

The two-building complex totals 191,249 SF and has consistently outperformed the overall market. Due to its location at the crossroads of Interstates 80 and 287, as well as immediate access to Routes 46 and 202, its park-like setting, and strong ownership, the buildings have an average occupancy of 88% over the last ten years.

This was the second deal CBRE closed with The Birch Group in 2019; the first was American Metro Center in Hamilton, New Jersey which totaled $84.7m.
