i3 Business Solutions Leases Space in Grand Rapids Furniture Campus

GRAND RAPIDS – June 24, 2011 – CB Richard Ellis/Grand Rapids (CBRE) is pleased to announce that i3 Business Solutions has leased space at 560 5th Street within the Grand Rapids Furniture Campus.

i3 Business Solutions was established in 2004 as a merger of 21st Century Computer Specialists and Silverlake Resources—each founded in 1992. The firm provides enterprise class technology networking and IT consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses throughout West Michigan. For more than 19 years, the company has been helping clients grow their businesses and improve productivity by relieving their computing and technology worries.

Mike Ritsema, President of i3 Business Solutions stated, “We’re excited to move into the Grand Rapids city proper, which is centrally located to our diverse customers. We believe that the Grand Rapids Furniture Campus and our proximity to the central city will help us attract and retain young talent while improving our customer service.”
