Built in 1979, renovated in 2017 and 80% leased, the property is located at the intersection of State Road 434 and Wekiva Springs Road in Longwood, FL less than one mile west of the Interstate 4/State Road 434 interchange and 10 miles north of downtown Orlando. CBRE’s National Retail Partners Team in Florida led by Executive Vice Presidents Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson provided exclusive representation to the seller, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management (based in New York, NY). The property was acquired by an affiliate of MCB Real Estate (based in Baltimore, MD) in partnership with Faison Enterprises, Inc. (based in Charlotte, NC) and  CrossMarc Services (based in Winter Park, FL).
