CBRE advised on the debt and equity financing for the development of a 240-room dual-branded Hyatt Place/Hyatt House with an overall development cost of just over $135 million.
 
Overall construction financing north of 70% Loan-To-Cost, at an effective blended rate of SOFR + 280 basis points.
 
The select service/extended stay hotel will be located within the Ho’opili Master Planned Community in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, immediately adjacent to the Honolulu Rapid Transit system.
