National Retail Partners - Southeast
CBRE National Retail Partners – Southeast provides strategic advisory and disposition services for retail portfolios and single-asset assignments. The team is part of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (“NRP”), comprised of 10 regional teams across the country, which closed over 225 retail asset transactions valued at over $6 billion in 2022.

NRP-Southeast has extensive transaction experience and deep relationships with groups all along the capital spectrum including institutional investors, public and private REITs, developers and a myriad of private capital sources. The group provides investors with unparalleled market knowledge and compelling, best-in-class marketing materials on all of our offerings.

Since 2015, NRP-Southeast has closed 175+ transactions totaling over $7.4 billion in value. These transactions included nationally-recognized mixed-use and lifestyle projects, regionally significant power and community centers, grocery anchored neighborhood centers and high-quality unanchored urban retail. While our practice is centered in the Southeast, our clients and partners have taken us into every corner of the continental United States.
In 2022, NRP-Southeast closed 17 transactions comprising 110 assets encompassing 13.7M SF and over $2B in total value. Significant portfolio sales during the year included: Project Jupiter ($1.3B, 81 Assets, 9.4M SF) and the Sunbelt Retail Growth Portfolio ($387M, 13 Assets, 2.3M SF).
