CBRE is Leaving Campau Square Plaza Building for 634 Front Avenue NW

GRAND RAPIDS – March 7, 2012 – CBRE|Grand Rapids (CBRE) is excited to announce that on March 12, 2012, the office will be relocating and joining Plante & Moran and the Christman Company in the five-story office building at 634 Front Avenue NW.

The first office building erected in downtown Grand Rapids in over a decade, this 43,000 SF Class A office building sits on the west bank of the Grand River between the 6th Street bridge and the fish ladder, providing spectacular river views and easy access to the city’s river walk.

Consistent with global office trends, the office’s open floor plan allows CBRE to maximize efficient space usage, while the clean lines of the contemporary suite are emphasized by the abundant light coming through glass walls and floor-to-ceiling windows.
