EAST LANSING – June 21, 2011 – CB Richard Ellis/Martin (CBRE) is pleased to welcome Julie O’Brien to the established industrial team of Blair Moore and Bob Cullum. As an industrial advisor, Julie will focus on cultivating new business and expanding client relationships. In addition, she will assist senior associates with industrial leasing and sales by serving existing clients through site selection, tenant representation and landlord representation services.
Julie O’Brien brings over 25 years of expertise in marketing, sales and management to her new role at CBRE. Most recently employed as marketing director for an Okemos-based law firm, Julie also honed her sales and relationship management skills as a district sales manager with a national fundraising company and a corporate car rental agency.
