CBRE FACILITATES $4.85M SALE OF SINGLE-TENANT PROPERTY IN CORAL SPRINGS, FL

Coral Springs, Fla. – October 22, 2019 – CBRE facilitated the $4.85 million sale of a single-tenant medical office building leased to Holy Cross Urgent Care & Physician Offices. The 10,000-square-foot, freestanding building on ±0.76 acres is located in the Trellis Center project at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of University Drive and Sample Road in Coral Springs.

The property was sold to NRK Property, Inc., a private investment group based in Coral Springs, Fla. The seller was GVVG, LLC, a Coral Springs based affiliate of Amera Corporation and Barron Real Estate, the developers of the property. CBRE’s David Donnellan, Mark Drazek, Raymond Romano and Patricia Friend represented the seller in the transaction.

“This building is part of a three-parcel project developed by the seller known as Trellis Center that includes a new Starbucks with drive-thru and a vacant parcel available for development,” said David Donnellan, Senior Vice President at CBRE. "The buyer was attracted to the property due to Holy Cross Hospital’s long term reputation as a renowned hospital and medical service provider in SE Florida.”

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Donnellan and Ms. Friend focus on the disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net leased investments in South Florida. Based in Orlando, Mr. Drazek and Mr. Romano are members of CBRE’s National Net Lease Property Group.
