Sempra Energy's New Downtown Headquarters 
If you haven’t already noticed there is a new 16-story, 320,000 square foot office building in East Village near Petco Park.  From within the confines of Petco Park you can now see Sempra Energy’s building-top signage, and their new home for that matter. Downtown Office Market Very Tight – The Irvine Company
With “Class A” vacancy rates for the first quarter of 2015 at approximately 9.5%, you might be up for a big surprise when it is time to renew your lease. The Irvine Company’s Downtown office portfolio is approximately 95% occupied and consequently they are increasing rental rates, eliminating abated rent and have increased annual escalations to 4.5% from the 3% standard.

Downtown Shuttle Service Pending Approval
