Welcome Chris Sands!
Chris Sands joined our team in April as a Senior Transaction Manager. In his role, Chris is responsible for transaction strategy development and execution for our multimarket and local occupier clients. Chris was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Florida State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance and the University of South Florida, where he received a master’s degree in real estate. Prior to joining our team, Chris worked as a Senior Transaction Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield for 14 years. We are excited to welcome Chris to our growing team.

Juan and Kyle Koller, CBRE's Research Guru, took part in Highwood's Annual Pickleball Tournament. The pickleball match was a tightrope walk between triumph and tumble but Juan and Kyle pickled their way to victory!
