Our Team successfully refinanced the Subject for an experienced owner operator, securing a $19 million fixed-rate balance sheet loan from a life insurance company. The 5-year fixed 5.79% interest rate loan provides ownership with a strong cash flow and was facilitated by a tight spread and a 90 day advance rate lock in a period where interest rates were moving up rapidly.
