Wireless Zone Opens First Greater Lansing Area Store at Crossroads Center in DeWitt

EAST LANSING – May 12, 2011 – CB Richard Ellis/Martin (CBRE) has negotiated a long-term lease with a franchisee of Wireless Zone to lease 1,200 SF within Crossroads Center in DeWitt.

Wireless Zone is the largest independent Verizon Wireless franchise in America, offering the latest cellular/wireless phones, GPS navigation, wireless accessories, Verizon FIOS High Speed Fiber Optic Network, Wireless Data Devices and pre-paid cellular services. This is the first Wireless Zone store to open in the Greater Lansing area.

Located on US-27 across from Meijer, Crossroads Center is also home to IngCredible, Baryames Cleaners, Subway, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Riley’s Tax Service, Top Shelf Imports and Lynna Nails. 1,200 SF remain available for lease.
