The Grayslake, Illinois development will support 20 buildings with 60 MW per building. Phase 1 of the campus will total three buildings and 180 MW, to be delivered in Q4 2027.

Located in the greater Ashburn data center cluster, the campus will span two 72 MW, two-story buildings. The project will include an on-site substation and utilize 100% renewable energy.

The company aims to develop up to ten campuses. The states under consideration are Arizona, California, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and West Virginia.

Under the rezoning, which is situated in Prince William County’s Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District, ~24 acres will transition to allow data center use.

PA13x, the new 28.8 MW facility, offers ~79K SF of colocation space across 12 data halls.
