The CBRE Capital Markets Team is pleased to announce the sale of Davies Pacific Center, an iconic 22-story Class A office building in Downtown Honolulu, to a developer who plans to convert it to residential and commercial/office condos.

CBRE represented the seller, The Shidler Group, in the sale of the landmark, 22-story, Class A office tower and an adjoining retail plaza totaling approximately 380,000 sq. ft. in Downtown Honolulu.

The recently renovated building is situated on a full 1.4-acre city block and bordered by four major street frontages (Bishop, Queen, Alakea and Merchant Streets).

Davies Pacific Center features a diversified rent roll highlighting all the major industries in Hawaii, including legal, financial services, government, medical, engineering, construction, real estate, insurance and accounting.
