As we head into winter, the market continues to bubble away with a healthy amount of deals concluded by our team during May.
Trend wise, demand is still the strongest in the sub 200sqm bracket with most locations receiving consistent enquiry for this size.
The deal of the month for our team was undoubtedly the lease of 1,705sqm at 207 Wakefield Street, Adelaide. Andrew Bahr concluded the lease on behalf of a private client to Calvary Hospital who will use the space as an administration base for their hospital facilities.
