TWO DYNAMIC RESTAURANTS OPENING IN DELRAY BEACH

CBRE arranges leases for two veteran restaurateurs
at The Shoppes at Addison Place

Boca Raton, FL – August 22, 2013  – CBRE has arranged leases for two new restaurants at The Shoppes at Addison Place at 16950 Jog Road in Delray Beach, Florida. Restaurateur Angelo Elia (chef and owner of Casa D’Angelo and D’Angelo Trattoria in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale and Atlantis, Bahamas) has signed a 10-year lease  on 4,450 square feet for a new casual dining venue called D’Angelo Pizza, Tapas and Wine Bar. In addition, veteran restaurateur Art Pivavichayanont, owner of the Lemongrass Asian Bistro restaurant chain, signed a 10-year, 2,586-square-foot lease at Addison Place with plans to open a new concept called South East Asian Kitchen (“The SEA”), a restaurant specializing in pan-Asian specialties. CBRE Vice President Roxanne Register arranged the leases on behalf of the landlord.

“The entrance of these two highly respected and successful restaurateurs to The Shoppes at Addison Place almost simultaneously is indicative of how well-positioned this property is to serving a client base with sophisticated and worldly tastes,” said CBRE's Roxanne Register. “The eclectic mix of dining options will really enhance Addison Place’s appeal in the community.”

D’Angelo Pizza, Tapas and Wine Bar and The SEA are slated to open to the public in October 2013. D’Angelo will have 250 seats including a beautiful outdoor patio area. The SEA will accommodate 100 seats, with a folding storefront façade to embrace the Florida lifestyle.

Richard Caster, owner of The Shoppes at Addison Place, welcomed industry professionals Elia and Pivavichayanont.   “Successful restaurateurs want to be surrounded by other great professionals and Angelo and Art are the best in their categories,” he said. “I am very excited D’Angelo and The SEA will be joining Henry’s, another fantastic restaurant, at The Shoppes at Addison Place.”

In addition to these three full-service restaurants, food options at The Shoppes at Addison Place include Starbucks Coffee, Way Beyond Bagels, Orange Leaf Yogurt and The Green Gourmet Market.

Addison Place is owned by Caster Developers, a Delray Beach-based real estate company focused on unique in-fill properties.
