HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Your health and safety is our priority.  We encourage everyone attending to be fully vaccinated. Please see below our event safety protocols and check the box to acknowledge our waiver agreement.

CBRE Attendees:

To attend any CBRE-hosted event (internal or external, regardless of location), CBRE employees are required to have uploaded into the Daily Health Check-In system (Harbour) either a copy of their vaccine card, or a negative PCR/Rapid test taken within 7 days of event date. Employees who have not completed this step cannot participate in any company-hosted events.

Mask Protocols

CBRE will follow all local jurisdiction mask mandates.
If held at a third-party location, follow all venue safety protocols, including mask requirements.

CBRE Events will provide the most up-to-date mask protocols and other health and safety details closer to the event start date.
*Fully vaccinated means that two weeks have elapsed since the second dose of a two-dose regimen or two weeks have elapsed since the single dose of a single-dose regimen.

Note: CBRE reserves the right to adjust these protocols in the event of changes to local laws, venue policies, and/or local transmission rates

EVENT NAME Participant Waiver and Acknowledgement

We are glad you will be joining us for [EVENT]. Your health and safety continues to be our priority. In an effort to protect the health and safety of you and all Event participants, we are requiring all attendees to be vaccinated or have a negative PCR or antigen test taken within 7 days of the Event, follow local masking laws and/or venue policies, and to acknowledge the following waiver. However, CBRE is not responsible for the COVID-19 safety protocols for the employees, contractors or other guests of the Event venue, which may not include mandatory vaccination or testing, and CBRE cannot guarantee that you or others in attendance or working at the Event will not become infected with COVID-19.

By checking “I Agree”:
1. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while participating in the Event, and that such exposure or infection could result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
2. I further understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, CBRE and their respective employees, contractors, volunteers, directors, officers and program participants (the "Released Parties") and agree to release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims arising out of or relating to COVID-19 exposure at the Event.
3. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to me (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the Event.

I agree to abide by any rules, regulations or mandates set forth by the Event hosts, organizers, and state or local authorities, including wearing a mask indoors if required, socially distancing and providing proof of vaccine or negative PCR or antigen test results.
I also agree that if I have a fever, cough, feel short of breath or I am experiencing any other symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, I will not attend the Event within at least two weeks after exposure or symptoms have subsided.
In addition, if I discover after the Event that I have tested positive for COVID-19, I will notify CBRE (covidinquiry@cbre.com) immediately and understand that CBRE may have to report that information to relevant health authorities and others that may need to know.
